By accessing this website or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before buying any product or booking any travel service through Harmony Horizon 360.
1. About us
Harmony Horizon 360 Travel is a division of The Organized Life LLC, based in Ohio. We offer digital travel planning products and travel booking services as an independent agent of FST No. ST15578 and CST No. 2090937-50, operating through Outside Agents as our registered host travel agency.
2. Digital products — no refund policy
Important
All digital downloads (printables, planning tools, guides, etc.) are delivered electronically and are non-refundable. Because digital files are accessible immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned," all sales are final.
Before purchasing, please review the product description carefully. If you have questions about a product before buying, contact us at tracy@harmonyhorizon360.com and we'll be happy to help.
Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of duplicate purchases or technical delivery failure. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you experience a technical issue.
3. Travel services — booking & cancellation
Travel bookings (cruises, hosted trips, tours, and other travel experiences) are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the individual travel supplier (cruise line, hotel, tour operator, airline, etc.), not Harmony Horizon 360.
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis according to each supplier's terms at the time of booking.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
Any service fees charged by Harmony Horizon 360 for booking assistance are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for changes, cancellations, or disruptions caused by suppliers, weather, acts of government, or other circumstances beyond our control.
All bookings are processed through Outside Agents (host agency). By booking a trip through us, you also agree to the relevant supplier's terms and conditions.
4. Payments
Digital product payments are processed securely through Squarespace or Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full payment details. Travel bookings may be processed through supplier payment systems as directed.
5. Intellectual property
All digital products, content, and materials sold or shared on this website are the intellectual property of The Organized Life LLC. Purchases are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share our digital products without written permission.
6. Affiliate links & commissions
Some links on this site are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you make a purchase or booking through these links at no additional cost to you. We also receive compensation on qualifying travel bookings as an independent travel agent. We only recommend products and services we genuinely believe in.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Our digital products and travel planning content are provided for informational and inspirational purposes. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, travel details, pricing, and availability are subject to change. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes from using our planning tools or booking our trips.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harmony Horizon 360 Travel and The Organized Life LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, digital products, or travel services.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
10. Updates to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
